Eos is the island of art, one of the two minor nations of Solaria, along with Alma. Like Alma, it remains neutral in the war and is located at the opposite end of the central regions.
Art is the point of synthesis of all the continental regions: it arises from science and technique, converses with nature and with other human beings, and questions the human being on the meaning of their existence, combining philosophical thought and spiritual dimension.

Information and art
In the system of the seven elements, Eos represents information, that is, the message: everything that comes to the subject from the outside and asks to be interpreted, understood and translated into knowledge.
The two meanings, information and art, are not separate, however: they are the same reality observed from two sides. Every work of art is a message, and every message, in order to be understood, requires the same operation that art performs: gathering into a form what the five continental territories keep distinct.
This is why Eos is at once the element of information and the synthesis of all the nations of the continent. Art is not a sixth domain alongside nature, technique, science, communication and mysticism: it is the place where these domains converge and become a single form, provisional and legible. It arises from the science of Axia and the technique of Theknus, it feeds on the living matter of Iridia, it speaks the language of Castalia and it carries the question of meaning of Altaluna; and precisely because it contains them all, it belongs to neither of the two coalitions at war.
Domains
Eos is the cradle of all forms of symbolic and creative expression — music, painting, sculpture, dance, theater, poetry and literature — where matter and spirit find their visible unity.
Capital
The only capital of Eos is Ruah (F). The name indicates the breath, the creative spirit that crystallizes into a work: in Eos this breath takes shape in the arts, and an idea, an emotion or a vision becomes objects, sounds, images, spaces. The art of Eos is meaning made matter, a concrete gesture that becomes a message.
The leap toward Alma
Between Eos and Alma there is no linear continuity, but a leap that must be made by crossing the other nations. The work of art, in Solaria, is the attempt to cross the Horizon of the Manifold: a gesture that translates the unity of consciousness into the multiplicity of artistic experience, accepting the loss that this entails.
In the system of symbolic meridians, Eos lies on the meridian of information and message, complementary to that of consciousness which runs through Alma: from the refraction of consciousness into the world arises artistic experience, not as an ultimate end, but as a provisional synthesis in which all the elements converge.
